Children’s Books Ireland will be publishing an intergenerational children’s books and reading guide together with Together Old and Young (TOY), Hibernia College and Generations Working Together as part of the upcoming Global Intergenerational Week, 25th April to 1 May.
On the 25th of April, you will be able to download, “Share a Story” the book guide on our website!
It will have details about great children’s books that address intergenerational relationships. It also will have tips for early childhood educators, primary school teachers working with children from ages 0 to 12 about promoting building of intergenerational relationships through shared reading.
